This gentle hip opening class is focused to get everything moving so that you can release tension, ease back pain, and find mobility. This is the perfect opportunity to lengthen and strengthen your muscles, to direct your breath to a calm release, and to de-stress your body.
Relax and rejuvenate the body in this gentle yoga class. The class begins with stretches and openings for the body followed by longer, supported holds. All Levels Welcome.
Yin Yoga targets the deep connective tissues of the body such as ligaments, fascia and even our bones and joints. Long holds are practiced in stillness creating a deep, quiet and meditative practice. Suitable for all levels
Find steadiness, strength, and balance the Iyengar way. Iyengar poses will be broken down and studied to gain a deeper understanding and build strength to achieve the final pose.
A fun, interactive class of body rolling! The class begins with movement to warm up, then roll deep into your muscles using a roller or ball to help release fascial restrictions and tight muscles. These techniques will help decrease pain and increase mobility; great for anyone with headaches to plantar fasciitis. No experience required. Balls and roller will be provided.
CAT Yoga is a subtle but powerful form of yoga that focuses on the mobility and stability of the spine using a CAT strap (Critical Alignment Therapy strap). Most classes are done laying on the back on props with eyes closed.
