Yoga for neck and shoudler RElease with Jennifer Clarke

   

Neck and Shoulder Release:  Recalibrate overactive stress responses in your body.  

Experience deep relief in this specialized workshop using multiple sizes of therapy balls to release fascial adhesions, muscle and nervous system tension in the neck, shoulders, and jaw while opening energy points along the spine. The entire class is supine (on your back), addressing chronic holding and compensatory patterns. Jennifer's approach, developed over many years, aims to interrupt the cycle of neuromuscular constriction that contributes to persistent discomfort.

This workshop offers profound therapeutic benefits for those experiencing nervous system dysregulation, helping to reduce headache frequency and provide relief from jaw tension and grinding. The myofascial release methods taught may help restore proper nerve conduction pathways from the shoulders into the arms and hands, promoting increased circulation to chronically restricted tissues.
