Join Jennifer for a 2 hour workshop using therapy balls of varying sizes and densities to work directly into deep tissues of the hips and pelvis-addressing density, gripping, and habitual holding where it lives.
The session moves through three layers: targeted ball rolling and myofascial release into areas of compression and restriction; slow conscious movement that resets tone and length through the nervous system; and finally, fluid easeful movement that invites the body to reorganize around new information. As the fascial layers release, neuromuscular patterns begin to shift-restoring communication between tissue and nervous system, and returning range that chronic holding has obscured.
Participants consistently leave with measurable spaciousness in the hips, improved balance, and a clearer sense of verticality and ground.

Join Jennifer for a 2-hour exploration into the deep layers of the hips and pelvis using therapy balls of varying sizes and densities, working directly with dense tissues and habitual holding patterns that restrict movement and create compensatory strain throughout the body.
This workshop explores exercises that directly address tension and holding in the hips, to a progressive somatic journey of movement all while remaining at rest. Move through targeted myofascial release and direct tissue work, using the balls to access areas of density and gripping. From there, moving into the conscious movement for slow release of muscles that resets tone and length through the nervous system. Finally, exploring fluid, easeful movements that invite the body to reorganize around this new information.
Through mindful pressure and proprioceptive awareness, the chronic tension in the hips and pelvis—tension that often forces other areas of the body to compensate, creating imbalance in the knees, lower back, and spine. As the layers unwind the re-educating of neuromuscular patterns and restoring communication between the tissues and the
brain begins to unfold.
By the end of the workshop, a deep discovery of increased spaciousness in the hips, improved balance, and a heightened sense of verticality and grounding throughout the entire body will be experienced.
