At least 15 minutes before the class starts - giving you time to get mentally and physically ready for the class. We cannot allow late entry into the studios as it is disruptive to others
Since we walk around the studio barefoot, it is most hygienic, and courteous, if everyone takes off their shoes upon entering the studio areas. Slippers or socks are welcome in hallways, changerooms and other areas
Turning off your phone and other beeping things helps create a sanctuary of peace and calm. While we love your instagram posts, photos of others need permission and are prohibited in change rooms and studio spaces
Lost or missing items make everyone unhappy - so please leave your valuables at home. We cannot be responsible for missing items.
Whether you're a beginner or an advanced yogi, dress for a workout in loose, clean and comfortable clothing.
Proper breathing is an integral part of yoga. Strong scents can make this unmanageable, especially for those with sensitivities.
Yoga is a time of inviting stillness and being present. Be mindful about others' meditative, quiet focus. Please keep chit-chat and visiting to a minimum. While classes are in session, please be mindful in common areas
Learn your spatial boundaries. When performing all movements, being mindful of your neighbours and all those around you makes the class more enjoyable for everyone
Even if your practice is advanced, work within the pace of the class and follow instructions - you may be surprised what you can learn. Your teacher may use touch to help correct postures - if you are not comfortable with this, please let us know
While water is permitted, aroma's, noise and crumbs from snacks can be a distraction. Please keep food out of all studio spaces and change rooms - save it for after class
Please clean up after yourself, and put all your props away (in the right spot). Trust us, it is always greatly appreciated and makes sure things are available for the next class
Few things in life are as quick, free and easy as a compliment. If you were pleased with your class, let us know. If you have questions, ideas or concerns lets chat
