A class designed especially for teenagers! Whether your teen is an athlete wanting to improve their flexibility and strength, or simply looking for ways to cope with stress.
Yoga offers incredible benefits to teenagers as they grow, including improved posture and spine health, flexibility, balance, strength and coordination. Yoga can give teenagers a regular practice of self love, to help build confidence and a positive self image around their identities and bodies.
Both active and restorative poses along with breath awareness will be taught with an emphasis on stress release.

Men’s Yoga Series: Strength, Breath, Connection
This 6 week class series is designed specifically for men who want to feel stronger, calmer, and more connected—in both body and mind. No experience or flexibility is required—just an open mind.
Each class draws from traditional yoga postures and the principles of Ashtanga yoga. Postures are held long enough to build not just flexibility, but also stability, focus, and inner strength. By linking movement with breath, you’ll learn how to move more mindfully, improve body awareness, and calm your nervous system; helping to reduce stress, sharpen mental clarity, and enhance resilience both on and off the mat.
Guided breath work and meditation will be integrated into the classes, to deepen awareness and restore balance. These tools can be used in your daily life—helping to ground oneself in moments of pressure, transition, or challenge.
This series offers a unique opportunity for connection. At the end of each session, we open space for an honest check-in. A chance to reflect on class experiences, share challenges or insights, and to simply listen to fellow students. Thus, building a sense of community and reminding us that we don’t have to carry our journey alone.
This is more than a workout; it's a holistic practice that builds both inner and outer strength. It's an invitation to step into a space where you can breathe deeply.
